Dedicated Student Equipment Pods
To give you the best possible exposure to VMware technologies, each student will receive a pod consisting of:
- 2 x ESXi 5.1 hypervisor
- 1 x SAN/NAS server
- 1 x Windows 2008 Domain Controller
- 1 x vCenter Server Appliance 5.1
- 1 x vCenter 5.1 (Windows)/Update Manager
This self-contained pod of equipment is yours for the duration of the course. Apart from the set labs, you are free to experiment with whatever feature you wish. We also give you a hand with building your own home environment, which can be daunting for first-timers.
We understand that labs can be very time-consuming so we do not abruptly end classes according to the schedules. Your instructor will typically be around 30 minutes before classes begin and up to an hour afterwards.

All organisations are facing tremendous pressure to reduce headcount and to do more with less. Losing a valued member of staff for 5 days is not feasible for a lot of companies. Eight weeks consisting of:
- Eight evenings (24 hours) and two Saturdays (24 hours)
Total: 48 hours
Live online sessions – one evening/week

Classroom Only
Four weeks consisting of:
- One 12-hour day per week (weekdays only)
Total: 48 hours
